A company is looking for a Data & Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities :
Define, analyze, and troubleshoot internal and external end-user issues related to applications, databases, and web apps
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders through ticketing systems and document results
Proactively inform leadership about potentially critical issues
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Prior professional experience in software, web app, and / or database troubleshooting and support
Basic proficiency in SQL, with at least 1 year of experience
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
