• $250 / hour\n
• Start January 1, 2026 : 3-6 month locum contract\n
• 4 day workweek 10 hour shifts\n
• Required skills and procedures : Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound guided procedures, PICC lines not required but preferred\n
• Types of cases : Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy PEDs, Urology, OB / GYN, and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hears, spine.\n
• Oregon CRNA License, Board Certified, DEA preferred\n
• Accepting new grads\n
