job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEarly stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120+ calls per day Bachelor or Associate degree with Retail or Sales Experience preferred Ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook Ability to navigate multiple systems Thinking outside the box, being resourceful Evaluate what the member needs Schedule : Monday - Saturday, 11 : 30am - 8 : 00pm (Sundays off and one weekday off) Pay : $17 / hour Location : Pensacola, FL / hybrid schedule after training with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote Start Date : October 14, 2025 The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr. Overview
TEKsystems is hiring Delinquency Control Counselors to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL.
Responsibilities
- Control / collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency / early stages of collections, in accordance with all government rules and regulations.
- Provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss.
- Operate in a call center production environment with an auto-dialer for outbound calls and inbound calls.
