Our client is lookin for a Customer Retention Specialist to join their Digital Sales team!
Location : Westminster, CO (Hybrid Schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Compensation : $17 / hour W2

Here is what you will be doing :
- Proactively manage and foster relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Conduct calls to clients who are at risk of non-renewal or expressing dissatisfaction.
- Identify, analyze, and address "renewal blockers" and product dissatisfaction issues to secure contract extensions.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and insights on reasons for non-renewal to inform company strategy.
- Utilize analytical skills to review customer data and usage patterns to anticipate risks and develop targeted retention strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of service, technical, or billing issues that may impact a customer's decision to renew.
Here is what our ideal candidate has :
1+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role (sales experience is a plus, but this is not an outbound sales or prospecting role).Experience in subscription services, client retention, or client renewal services is preferred.Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Salesforce experience is a huge plus.Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to be a critical thinker and problem solver with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.Ability to comfortably conduct professional outbound calls and manage sensitive client conversations.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, but not required.
