Overview We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for hardware, systems software, and application software for one of our clients based out of Frankfort, KY. This role involves equipment and software installation, upgrades, data conversions, system utilities, and change control. The specialist will also coordinate issue resolution and escalate problems to appropriate support teams when necessary.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00 / hr.
