Position Summary
The Technical Instructor II is responsible for providing specialized technical training to internal and external customers on METUS systems and related software packages, with a focus on domestic hot water and hydronic systems.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range at commencement of employment is expected to be between $85,600 and $117,700 per year, with variations based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include target bonuses and discretionary awards. Eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan and participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance for the employee and dependents.
Employees will receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays per year (depending on hire date). Up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid parental / disability / emergency leave may be available if eligible.
