Job Summary : Responsible for meticulously preparing products for shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers. This detail-oriented role is crucial for ensuring our inventory is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all of Amazon's strict requirements. The ideal candidate is precise, reliable, and thrives in a process-driven environment.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities :

• Load and unload delivery trucks and transporting merchandise into the warehouse by carrying, pushing, rolling or operating cherry pickers, forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying product counts and performing quality control checks for damage or defects.
• Prepare products for Amazon FBA according to strict guidelines, which include unboxing, poly-bagging, bundling, bubble wrapping, and applying suffocation warning labels.
• Safely operate an L-bar semi-automatic sealer to shrink-wrap products and bundles according to quality standards.
• Apply Amazon FNSKU labels to individual products with exceptional accuracy, ensuring all other barcodes are covered.
• Use Amazon Seller Central software to process shipping plans and print corresponding labels.
• Carefully pack prepped products into shipping boxes, ensuring they are secure and meet Amazon weight and dimension limits (typically under 50 lbs).
• Accurately apply FBA shipping labels to the correct cartons for carrier pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and supply stocking (boxes, labels, tape, etc.).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up To) : $17.50 - $19.00 Per Hour
