Contractor Network Growth and Relationship Manager
The role involves managing contractor relationships, ensuring network growth and supply, and acting as the voice of the contractor to bridge the field and the business. It also includes developing and leading performance reviews, fostering engagement, loyalty, and retention, and traveling to both existing and new markets.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in contractor network management, channel management, or B2B sales, ideally in home services, construction, energy or similar industries. They should have proven success in building and managing contractor ecosystems, operational acumen, exceptional communication and relationship management skills, curiosity, empathy, experience with heat pumps or other renewable energy products and services, and live within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or be willing to relocate with assistance).
The salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 a year, with meaningful equity compensation, medical and vision benefits, unlimited PTO + sick days, a workstation stipend, and industrial office space in Downtown Denver with unlimited snacks, drinks on tap, and team ping-pong.
