Job DescriptionPiping Designer 31409Job Details : Location : Alpharetta, GA (30022) Hours & Shift : M-Thur, 9-hour days, Fri- 4 hours (Remote on Friday) Pay : ~ $40$50 / hr (depending on experience) Travel : Field walkdowns 1-2 times per week, every other weekFull-service engineering firm specializing in chemical, pulp / paper, F&B, water / wastewater, and power industries is seeking a skilled Piping Designer to join the Alpharetta office. If you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial / process piping design and proficiency in AutoCAD 3D (Plant3D), we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities : Design piping systems, general equipment layouts, and P&IDs Conduct field walkdowns for chemical plants (fire retardant clothing required) Perform conceptual design and modifications Detail concrete foundations and structural steel supports (preferred)Requirements : Minimum 5 years' experience in Piping Design (industrial / process) Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D (Plant3D) Ability to read and interpret P&IDsCompany Culture : Small team (8 people) in the Alpharetta office Flexible hours, core hours are ~ 7 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm Collaborative and dynamic work environmentApply today!
