ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Remote Account Representative for State Farm Agent Walter Jones, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Grow the agency through relationship building and product knowledge.
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
  • Help retain customers by providing remarkable customer service.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Property and Casualty or Life and Health License required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or with State Farm strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual strongly preferred

    • This is a remote position.
