$310,000 to $315,000 per year

About The Position

You will enjoy practicing in one of the largest metropolitan areas of Illinois. The city has plenty of 1st-rate fun, with art, nightlife, dining, and shopping all at your fingertips.   • Join a team of physicians and advance practice providers supported by clinic support staff
  • Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm
  • Rotate between 3 nursing homes
  • Call schedule requirement : 5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phone
  • Average of 10 patients per day
