Overview

We are seeking a UX Engineer to support a client’s delivery platform and AI integration initiatives. This role will own the design and development of intuitive, scalable user interfaces while delivering high-quality, production-ready code. The UX Engineer will champion SDLC best practices, mentor teammates, and work directly with stakeholders to drive innovation in architecture, processes, and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
  • Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with enterprise standards
  • Champion SDLC best practices, testing, and code quality across the team
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to shape requirements and user experiences
  • Consult with stakeholders to introduce innovative approaches to architecture, processes, and frontend tooling
  • Mentor junior engineers and strengthen frontend engineering practices across the team

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of frontend engineering experience in enterprise environments
  • Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling
  • Proven track record building scalable, cloud-enabled applications
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and performance optimization
  • Strong ability to mentor, lead by example, and drive adoption of SDLC best practices
  • Consulting or client-facing delivery experience strongly preferred
