Physical Therapist Clinical Supervisor

$45-$55 / Hour

Quantum Resource Professionals is looking to add a dynamic PT Clinical Supervisor to our team for the 2025–2026 school year! We are a therapist-owned company that partners with schools to ensure students receive the highest quality therapy services. This part-time role is designed for licensed PTs who want to make an impact while maintaining work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Perform  initial student evaluations  and establish individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Conduct student check-ins at least every 30 days to determine if continued services are needed and if so, what adjustments are required
• Hold weekly check-ins with PTAs, with documentation of supervision completed every 30 days
• Ensure compliance with Missouri and Kansas supervision requirements
• Provide mentorship and support to PTAs, Rehab Techs, and PT Interns
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary school staff
