Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of HR initiatives across various talent functions
Design and rollout training programs and leadership development initiatives
Act as a strategic HR partner to Engineering leadership to enhance talent density and management
Required Qualifications
Experience in program and project management within HR or talent functions
Strong understanding of talent processes and HR initiatives
Experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs
Proven ability to partner with leadership and stakeholders effectively
Background in semiconductor manufacturing or related industries is preferred
