job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerforms maintenances calls in accordance with company standards Provides excellent customer service Serves customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems Cooperates with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information Keeps personal tools and equipment operable and up to date Documents work performed in accordance with company procedures Maintains and updates knowledge of current of HVAC standards Maintains professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor / manager 1-3 years of maintenance experience required High School Diploma, GED or Tech / Trade School strongly preferred Valid US Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
