Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a full or part-time Patient Service Representative position. Bonus amount prorated for part-time hires and per diem hires are ineligible.Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary :

The Scheduler role is responsible for booking / scheduling procedures and appointments to ensure appropriate continuum of care from pre- through post-procedure care. Monitors procedure room schedules to maximize utilization and efficient patient flow.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License / Certifications : N / A
• Experience : One year of medical office experience required.
