We're looking for a Post-Harvest Manager who's ready to lead, organize, and oversee our post-harvest operations. From drying and curing to packaging and inventory, this role ensures our flower reaches customers in top-quality condition.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage all post-harvest processes, including drying, curing, trimming, packaging, and labeling
• Train, schedule, and supervise post-harvest staff to ensure consistent productivity and quality standards
• Maintain strict compliance with state regulations, company SOPs, and quality assurance protocols
• Monitor drying and curing environments for optimal temperature, humidity, and airflow conditions
• Manage product inventory, track weights, and ensure accurate reporting in compliance systems
• Implement and enforce cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards across all post-harvest areas
• Collaborate with cultivation and operations leadership to ensure smooth product flow from harvest to distribution
• Troubleshoot issues related to product quality, workflow, or compliance and provide timely solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
