Groove Toyota is looking for an experienced, dependable Automotive Main Line Technician to join our growing service team! If you’re passionate about automotive repair, take pride in quality work, and enjoy a team-oriented environment — we’d love to meet you.

What We Offer :

  • Flag up to 200+ hours (bi-weekly)
  • Earn up to $500 in performance bonuses (bi-weekly)

  • Experienced Service Advisors — averaging 8+ years specializing in Toyota service
  • Competitive flat-rate or hourly pay (based on experience and certifications)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform a full range of automotive repairs and services including engine diagnostics, brake repairs, suspension work, and more
  • Complete multi-point inspections and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer, dealership, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with tenured Service Advisors and fellow technicians to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    • Requirements :

  • Prior experience as a Main Line Technician
  • ASE certifications required
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
