🩺 Locum Interventional Radiologist | VA Medical Center | Serve Those Who Served 🇺🇸

📍 Location : VA Hospital (U.S.) | 🕒 Mon–Fri, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM + On-Call

Are you a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist with a desire to serve veterans in a meaningful way? We're seeking a locum IR physician to join a dedicated team at a VA Medical Center providing comprehensive, around-the-clock interventional radiology services.

🔍 Role Highlights :

  • 🕘 Schedule :
  • Weekday clinic hours : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
  • Weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage required
  • Flexibility to extend hours based on clinical need
  • 📈 Volume : 15–20 cases / week per radiologist
  • 🤝 Support Staff : IR technologists and nurses
  • 💻 EMR : RPMS

🛠️ Procedures Include :

  • Angiography
  • Balloon angioplasty / Stent placement
  • Chemoembolization
  • TIPS
  • Gastrostomy, cholecystostomy, biliary interventions
  • Embolization
  • Dialysis access interventions
  • Line placements (central lines, PICCs, etc.)
  • RF / Microwave Ablation

    • 📋 Requirements :

  • Active medical license in any U.S. state
  • BC / BE in Interventional Radiology
  • ACLS, BLS, NPI required
