A company is looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to join their Growth Team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute AI agents or automated processes to support go-to-market strategies

Leverage AI and automation platforms to optimize campaigns and customer journeys

Collaborate with various teams to ensure integration of AI and Automation strategies across the business

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or automation roles, with eCommerce experience preferred

Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI tools

Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
