Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - DC Metro

Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - DC Metro will be :

  • Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Managing subcontractor communications and documentation
  • Supporting procurement and tracking of materials
  • Conducting site visits and helping monitor progress
  • Preparing reports and maintaining project records
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Supporting closeout and punch list processes

The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - DC Metro will have :

  • 1-3 years of experience in construction project support or coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, occupied environments
  • Familiarity with construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team
