job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTroubleshoot, repair and maintain all molding, stamping, assembly, packaging and auxiliary machines Perform preventative and autonomous maintenance on equipment Make improvements and updates to existing equipment Initiate and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement projects Effectively use CMMS to document all work performed on equipment Participate in design review activities for new and existing equipment Maintain spare parts inventory Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Positive, can-do attitude Ability to troubleshoot and repair production machinery; which includes electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment Capable for reading and interpreting electrical schematic PLC programs and mechanical blueprints Ability to operate various shop equipment and hand tools to perform repairs General knowledge of machine controls Strong organizational skills Working knowledge of computers as well as Microsoft Office 3-5 years manufacturing maintenance experience
