Cultivation Technician

Schedule : 7am-3 : 30pm Mon-Friday (Alternating 5th Weekend)

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Perform plant maintenance using standard operating procedures within the vegetation and flowering rooms
• Monitor plant health
• Must follow all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines; including the safe and proper operation of any / all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment.
• Work as a team to meet production schedules.
• Good communication skills with co-workers and management.
• Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the plant with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift. Including, mopping floors, sanitizing work spaces and sweeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of daily production and communicate those records to management.
• Understand and apply the use of BioTrack, our seed to sale tracking program.
• Possess a willingness to work hard and learn every day.
