Job Description

Manage ground-up residential projects valued at $1.5M and above. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Report directly to the VP of Operations and collaborate with internal teams. Ensure quality control and timely delivery across all phases of construction. Work closely with trades and vendors to maintain high standards of craftsmanship. Use Buildtrend software for project tracking (experience preferred but not required). Travel to project sites across Southern Maine (80% field, 20% office). Participate in client meetings and represent the company professionally.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in residential construction project management. Strong background in custom home building and new construction. Experience managing high-end projects from start to finish. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working onsite and traveling to various project locations. Based near Portland, ME or willing to relocate (relocation support available).
