Hides - Cueros

Overview

Must be able to work in any of the positions available in the Hides Department. Working conditions are wet / damp with temperatures higher than 75 degrees. Ability to lift at least 70 lbs and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Stand for extended periods on concrete / elevated work platforms
• Must tolerate hot / humid indoor working conditions- 75+ degrees
• Lift 80 lbs. repetitive motions
• Able to work required shift schedule – i.e. Monday thru Sunday and overtime hours
• Use required safety equipment
• Ascend / descend stairs, ladders, trucks, trailers, and tractors
• Walk on uneven / unstable / wet / slippery surfaces
• Trimming, stacking, fisher, and flasher
