Contracts Administrator
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and overseeing contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements. You will ensure compliance with government regulations such as FAR and ITAR, collaborate with various teams to support proposal strategies, and mitigate contractual risks. You will also serve as the primary contact for contract-related communications with government agencies and prime contractors.

Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite with a flexible schedule around core hours of 10-3. You will be part of a team of 35 people, acting as the main contracts person with support from executives and the engineering team. The role offers the opportunity to lead and grow the department. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
