New York Licensed Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Remote) - New York License.

Key Responsibilities

Determine and manage individualized treatment plans for patients with opioid use disorder and related mental health conditions

Utilize behavioral interventions to motivate patients and conduct behavioral health evaluations

Monitor patient progress, manage medications, and provide education on opioid use disorder and treatment options

Required Qualifications

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Active DEA license or willingness to obtain one upon job offer

Fully licensed to practice in New York; additional licenses in NJ, PA, VA, or MD are a plus

Experience or willingness to learn about medication for opioid use disorder

Passion for serving vulnerable populations
