Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with Higher Education clients
Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client retention and revenue growth
Qualifications
7-10+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience, ideally with Higher Education customers
Ability to work well within a team of various partners in a matrixed environment
Highly driven individual with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency
Mix of business curiosity and technical ability to address customer data challenges
Education : Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
