Job Title : Associate Attorney

Job Overview : A law firm based in Arlington, TX is looking for a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role where the successful candidate will manage a variety of legal matters, including offering counsel, conducting legal research, and handling their caseload. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong litigation experience and a thorough understanding of the law, with a particular focus on construction-related legal issues.

Duties :

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, focusing on construction-related matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and legal proceedings.
  • Manage a personal docket of cases and ensure timely handling of all legal processes.
  • Negotiate settlements and facilitate the resolution of legal disputes.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals while also working independently on individual cases.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of active legal practice with a focus on litigation.
  • Proven experience in construction litigation is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple legal matters independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Capable of working effectively both autonomously and in a collaborative environment.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

    • Certifications :

  • Must be admitted to the State Bar of Texas.

  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents with precision.
  • Ability to manage case files independently while collaborating with a team.
