Your New Role
You’ll be the face of ALLRED in the field, meeting with homeowners across Auburn, WA and surrounding areas. You’ll guide them toward smart HVAC solutions that improve comfort and energy efficiency. Here’s what your day might include :
Visiting customers at their homes to evaluate their heating and cooling needs
Walking them through product options and helping them understand long-term benefits
Using our structured sales process to present solutions clearly and confidently
Reviewing financing options and helping homeowners make informed decisions
Keeping your sales pipeline full and following up with leads consistently
Handing off sales details to our operations team for seamless project execution
Following up after installations to ensure satisfaction and build referrals

2+ years of sales experience (in-home or consultative preferred)
Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face setting
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tools and mobile applications
Desired Skills :
5+ years of experience in high-ticket in-home or retail sales
Strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
Solid follow-up habits and organizational skills
Confident in presenting and closing deals with professionalism
