Washington, La Plata, Oxon Hill, Suitland, Temple Hills, Waldorf, White Plains.\nYour Role : \nAs a PRN RN, you'll be at the heart of our care delivery, ensuring each client receives the highest quality of personalized support. Your responsibilities will include : \n

• Conducting client intake assessments and ongoing reassessments\n
• Developing, updating, and monitoring individualized care plans\n
• Overseeing care management for clients and caregivers\n
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to enhance care practices\n
• Mentoring and training caregivers to maintain exceptional standards\n
• Assisting with Caregiver Skills Training Evolutions\n
• Promoting client safety and responding swiftly to concerns\n
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation for all client interactions\nWhat Sets You Apart : \n

• Confidence in supervising and guiding caregiving staff\n
• Compassion, organization, and the ability to work independently\n
• Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and colleagues\n
• Unwavering commitment to client dignity, rights, and safety\nYour Background : \n
• Active RN license in Maryland or a compact state\n
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience preferred (new grads with a passion for home care are also encouraged to apply)\n
• Retired RN looking to stay active\n
• Ability to maintain required continuing education units (CEUs)\n
• Willingness to travel to client homes within our service area\n
