Senior Analyst- Member Engagement

Summary :

In this role, you will provide the member network team with insights, analytics, and context needed to prioritize engagement, make recommendations for client value, flags risks, and supports service recovery for high-touch or high-risk accounts.

Responsibilities :

Develop customized reports and briefing materials to support informed CEO interactions.

Surface insights through member data, NPS trends, and engagement history to flag accounts in need of restoration.

Identify patterns of disengagement to recommend preemptive interventions.

Track resolution of service recovery actions and supports closed-loop follow-up.

Qualifications :

Relevant degree preferred.

5 or more years of experience in data analytics, client insights, or account management support required, ideally in a healthcare environment.

Advanced skills in Excel modeling and SQL required; proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

Skilled in developing impactful reports and briefing materials tailored for C-suite and senior leadership interactions.

Proven experience identifying trends, synthesizing complex data sets, and turning data into actionable insights.

Proven ability to partner effectively with executives, and cross-functional teams.

Estimated Hiring Range :

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.
