Senior Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven background in multifamily construction to join our growing team. This person will lead all phases of large-scale, ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments from preconstruction planning to project delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, strong leadership ability, and the confidence to manage client relationships while driving schedule, cost, and quality performance across multiple active projects.
What You'll Do :
- Lead full project life cycle of multifamily and mixed-use developments, including design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and field execution.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and safety goals are consistently met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee project teams including Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and Superintendents, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and communication.
- Conduct detailed budget and cost control reviews, analyze variances, and forecast impacts to overall project performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety standards, and local building codes.
- Work closely with Preconstruction and Estimating teams to develop accurate bids, value engineering options, and project phasing strategies.
- Review submittals, RFI logs, change orders, and pay applications to ensure proper documentation and accuracy.
- Lead regular OAC and internal coordination meetings to maintain alignment between stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members by sharing best practices, technical knowledge, and leadership guidance.
What You'll Bring :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction, with at least 5 years managing large-scale ground-up multifamily projects ($20M+).Proven track record leading multiple phases of podium, wrap, garden-style, or high-density apartment projects.Strong understanding of multifamily systems : MEP coordination, podium waterproofing, structural concrete, and vertical framing.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.Strong financial acumen, capable of managing detailed budgets and cost reports.Ability to travel periodically to job sites across regional offices and project locations.About Us
