Supply Chain Planning Manager
Southeast New York (On-Site) Full-Time | Food Manufacturing | $100,000–$120,000 DOE
Overview : A rapidly growing, national food manufacturing company in Southeast New York is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead planning, replenishment, and inventory optimization across multiple business lines. This role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do :
Manage day-to-day supply chain planning for multiple product categories.
Oversee ERP data accuracy, purchase orders, and production scheduling.
Review forecasts and demand plans, identifying outliers and collaborating with Sales and Operations to align on needs.
Maintain optimal inventory levels while achieving service and working capital goals.
Lead and mentor a small team of planners to ensure best-in-class supply performance.
Drive process improvements and KPI tracking across inventory, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
Serve as a key liaison between suppliers, logistics, and internal leadership.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
5+ years of supply chain planning or production planning in food / CPG manufacturing.
3+ years of leadership experience overseeing planners or small teams.
Strong ERP and data analysis experience (Excel, forecasting, MRP systems).
Proven success managing replenishment and improving inventory performance.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in frozen, refrigerated, or ambient food supply chains is highly preferred.
