Responsibilities
- Lead the development and fielding of Electronic Surveillance or Electronic Attack systems for advanced dedicated and multi‑function RF subsystems.
- Engage early in the system lifecycle by developing parametric representations, visualizations, and data‑driven analyses to support sensor requirement definition and use case validation.
- Integrate sensor modes and trackers, transitioning from digital simulation environments to sensor labs and a fleet of specially modified test aircraft.
- Balance customers’ functional and performance requirements with other sensor capabilities to enable true multi‑function operation.
- Design and execute performance analysis, data analysis, and algorithm development to ensure system capability and effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
U.S. citizenship.A current or active DoD Secret Clearance.Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).6 years of experience in RF / EW applications, including developing and applying models in Matlab, Python, and / or C / C++.4 years of experience in RF, Electronic Support, and / or Electronic Attack applications.2 years of experience in a technical leadership role related to RF / EW systems, with a focus on successfully delivering systems to customers.Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.Current, active DoD Top Secret Clearance or higher.Experience mentoring colleagues and improving performance.Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across geographically dispersed locations.Benefits
