Responsibilities

• Lead the development and fielding of Electronic Surveillance or Electronic Attack systems for advanced dedicated and multi‑function RF subsystems.
• Engage early in the system lifecycle by developing parametric representations, visualizations, and data‑driven analyses to support sensor requirement definition and use case validation.
• Integrate sensor modes and trackers, transitioning from digital simulation environments to sensor labs and a fleet of specially modified test aircraft.
• Balance customers’ functional and performance requirements with other sensor capabilities to enable true multi‑function operation.
• Design and execute performance analysis, data analysis, and algorithm development to ensure system capability and effectiveness.
