Sales / Customer Support Administrator – E-Commerce Fine Jewelry Industry

Schedule :
- Normal business hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
- Overtime requirement : Two evening shifts per week (non-negotiable) and one weekend day each week

The Sales Administrator plays a key role in ensuring order accuracy, supporting high-value transactions, and maintaining premium service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Verify customer and order details for accuracy and completeness.Prepare and process customer receipts, invoices, and shipping documentation.Monitor customer interactions across multiple channels to ensure service quality and efficiency.Manage and resolve customer issues, taking ownership from inquiry to resolution.Review and process high-value or high-risk transactions with diligence.Maintain detailed records of orders and customer communications.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service performance and meet key metrics.Qualifications :
