SERVPRO of Winchester is looking for a Restoration Technician to join our team and help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, or mold damage. In this commission-based role, your hard work directly impacts your earningsperfect for someone who wants to grow, hustle, and build a career.

What You'll Do :

• Respond promptly to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies
• Perform restoration tasks : water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and drying
• Set up and monitor specialized equipment on job sites
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job supplies
• Clearly communicate job site conditions and safety concerns
• Ensure the job site is left clean and professional
• Represent SERVPRO with professionalism and empathy in the field
