Property Maintenance Technician

AAMCI-Management, Inc.in Dayton, OH is looking to hire afull-time Property Maintenance Technician with EPA or HVAC certificationto preserve the long-term value and desirability of our community. This general handyman position earns acompetitive wageof up to$22-$24 / hour depending on experience. Must have EPA, HVAC certification

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position typically worksMonday - Fridayfrom8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pmwith participation in an on-call rotation required. (premium pay for on-call)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electric, HVAC repairs, carpentry,

appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

HVAC repairs.
