$24.00 per hour base pay (approx. $50,000 annually)

Job Description :

Meridian Global Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our client’s team in the paint and coatings industry. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional looking to grow with a company that values hard work and results.

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Identify sales opportunities and present solutions

Deliver product presentations and proposals to clients

Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Keep accurate records of sales activities and results

Qualifications :

Previous sales experience required (paint, coatings, chemical industry preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a history of meeting targets

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Valid driver’s license required (some travel may be required)
