Bid Coordinator A bid coordinator manages the bidding process for a company or organization, which can include proposals, tenders, and bids for various projects. They work with different teams and departments to ensure the process is efficient and runs smoothly
- Proposal management : Overseeing the creation and submission of bids, and crafting responses to RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs
- Coordination and communication : Organizing meetings, presentations, and updates to promote a collaborative environment
- Business development : Supporting the Business Development Manager and General Manager in acquiring new business, marketing, and social media activities
- Bid library management : Managing, reviewing, and updating bid library content
- Case studies and reference materials : Preparing case studies and other reference materials
- Customer due diligence : Ensuring customer due diligence and terms of business agreements are in place
