We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at GSS SD Rapid City St Martin .

Position Details

  • Shift : 12 Hours - Day Shifts
  • Job Schedule : Full Time
  • Sign-On Bonus : $500!

Your Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will :

  • Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings.
  • Work under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
  • Utilize your nursing knowledge to assess and meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
  • Document resident interactions and care outcomes effectively.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide holistic support.
  • Counsel residents and their families on prevention and treatment plans.

    • What We’re Looking For

    To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • A graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • An Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
  • Experience in IV therapy / management if required, with completion of an approved program.
  • A current, unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board.
  • Completion of required annual continuing education units (CEUs) and competency training.
