Staff Pharmacist (Speedway)

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions

Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions

Communicate with healthcare professionals and respond to provider inquiries

Supervise and execute prescription transfers

Perform drug utilization reviews (DUR) and identify opportunities for clinical intervention

Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)

Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing

Experience with pharmacist dispensing, verification, and clinical judgment

Work Detials :

Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM; Friday, 8 : 00 AM-3 : 00 PM

• 90 Contract role with possible permanent conversion
