Territory Sales Manager – In-Home Kitchen & Bath Sales

Location : Southeast Michigan & Northern Ohio | Full-Time

MKD Kitchen and Bath — a family-owned leader in kitchen and bath remodeling for over 75 years — is growing fast and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Southeast Territory team. This role oversees a group of talented Cabinet Refacing + Countertop Design Consultants across Southeast Michigan and Northern Ohio.

You’ll coach, hire, and inspire a high-performing in-home sales team while helping drive growth across one of the Midwest’s largest kitchen and bath companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 7+ Design Consultants to achieve revenue goals and KPIs
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members (goal : expand to 10–12 Designers by end of Q1 2026)
  • Conduct daily morning huddles and weekly in-person meetings
  • Perform ride-alongs and provide consistent coaching to improve performance and close rates
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share and profitability
  • Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and deliver actionable feedback to your team

Who You Are

  • Experienced sales leader with a background leading in-home sales teams within the home improvement, remodeling, or a similar space
  • Proven success scaling and managing a sales team to $10M+ in revenue
  • Strong knowledge of one-call-close and in-home selling best practices
  • Hands-on coach who enjoys developing people and driving results
  • Familiar with tools like LeadPerfection, Rilla, and Ingage (strongly preferred)

  • Full-time leadership role supporting a six-day schedule (Mon–Sat)
  • Flexibility required to support morning huddles and field appointments between 7 : 30 AM – 9 : 00 PM
