The duties of a Sales & Customer Support Representative are as follows :

• Conduct face-to-face sales and marketing presentations to market and promote products directly to consumers
• Deliver comprehensive product knowledge to customers, highlighting benefits to enhance sales performance and margins
• Generate and develop creative marketing and sales campaigns
• Identify, build, and nurture relationships with prospective clients
• Collaborate on client brand marketing plans by participating in daily team meetings
• Manage, analyze, and report the outcomes of customer marketing efforts to Account Management
