License / Documentation Manager

TekSynap is seeking a License / Documentation Manager to manage software licenses, technical documentation, and configuration records to ensure compliance, cost control, and smooth program execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage acquisition and tracking of software licenses.
  • Maintain technical documentation, CDRLs, and configuration management records.
  • Provide cost projections for license renewals and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with JPO license management policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT Management, or related.
  • Five (5)+ years experience managing software licenses and documentation in DoD programs.
  • Knowledge of configuration management, CDRLs, and acquisition documentation.
  • Experience with license compliance and cost tracking.
  • Clearance : Secret.
  • 8570 certification : Not applicable.
