Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to help lead our revenue-driving efforts and coordinate a remote team responsible for executing campaigns, funnels, creative assets, and customer engagement activities. This is a hands-on role with strategic input — you’ll roll up your sleeves to execute and optimize marketing and sales initiatives while helping shape and refine the strategies that drive results.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for the performance of marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring campaigns contribute directly to lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the Founder and leadership team to align activities with business goals and client needs, and you’ll coordinate with a remote team to keep projects moving, teams aligned, and results delivered — all with a strong focus on digital marketing and online sales funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of the sales and marketing function, including planning, implementation, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Oversee the work of remote team members and contractors across creative, content, CRM, social media, and campaign delivery to ensure projects stay on track and meet quality standards.
- Own the marketing calendar , coordinating launches, promotions, and campaigns to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company priorities.
- Write, review, and approve sales and marketing copy, creative assets, and funnels — and support team members by coaching them on effective messaging and conversion-focused copywriting — to ensure brand alignment, quality, and performance before launch.
- Track and analyze KPIs for campaigns, sales funnels, and launches, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage CRM updates, lead routing, and sales process optimization to improve pipeline visibility, follow-up efficiency, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Founder and leadership team to translate business goals into executable sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Facilitate weekly planning and accountability meetings with the sales and marketing team to align priorities, review progress, and address roadblocks.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in marketing and sales workflows and proactively drive solutions to improve results.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all marketing and sales materials, ensuring messaging is clear, impactful, and aligned with company values.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience managing or coordinating sales and marketing activities, ideally in a digital-first enviroment such as online training, coaching, consulting, or B2B services.Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage a small remote team , providing clear direction and ensuring accountability.Proven expereince executing and optimizing online sales funnels , marketing automation workflows, and digital campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and sales data to make informed decisions and improve performance.Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding marketing performance goals and contributing to business growth.A growth-oriented mindset , motivated by high expectations and excited to continuously learn and develop new skills.Meticulous attention to detail — as part of your application, identify the mistake in this job description and refer to it in your submission.Proficiency with tools such as Zoho, ClickUp, WordPress, Canva, Clickfunnels , and other marketing platforms.Must be able to work full-time during U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.Why Join PMO Strategies?
