Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiriesConduct interviews with potential clients, witnesses, and third partiesScreen leads and assist with client sign-upsOrganize new case files, including retainer agreements and supporting documentsConduct market research and assist in lead generation strategiesCreate and manage online ads (Google, social media, etc.)Support attorneys and staff with various legal administrative tasksRequirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar roleProven intake or lead screening experience in a law firm or high-call-volume settingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to think critically and solve problems independentlyFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management softwareKnowledge of legal office operationsBilingual (Spanish) highly preferredReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicBenefits
