Job Type : Contract-to-Hire |Shift : 1st Shift (Mon-Thurs 5 : 30 AM-4 : 00 PM, Fri 5 : 30 AM-3 : 00 PM)

Hours : 49 hrs / week (Double Time after 48 Hours!)

We're looking for skilled MIG & MIG Pulse Welders who want to work on high-performance, custom-built equipment in a precision-driven, safety-first environment.

What You'll Do :

Perform MIG and MIG Pulse welding on custom concrete pump truck frames and components

Weld plates, frames, and structural parts to meet engineering and quality standards

Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings

Ensureaccuracy, durability, and compliance with safety protocols

What We're Looking For :

• ?Recent Welding Technology Degreeor equivalent training
• ? Ability toread blueprintsand operatebasic fabrication tools
• ? Strong attention to detail andcommitment to quality craftsmanship

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr.
