On Call Driver

We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly on-call Driver to join our team and assist in providing excellent transportation services to our senior residents. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to medical appointments, outings, and other scheduled activities.

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents while fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to transportation, you will assist with setting up for activities, ensuring our residents enjoy a full range of experiences.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, social outings, and other scheduled events.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, destinations, and any special needs.
• Assist with setting up and preparing for resident activities and events.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate transportation needs and schedule adjustments.
• Follow all safety and traffic regulations to ensure a smooth and secure journey.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff, providing excellent customer service.
