About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Contract Paralegal to assist our attorneys on an as-needed basis . This f lexible, remote position is ideal for someone with a background in estate planning, wills, trusts, or corporate law who thrives in a detail-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and organize estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
  • Prepare corporate governance documents such as formation filings, resolutions, operating agreements, and minutes
  • Conduct legal research and maintain organized case and client files
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and third parties to gather information and coordinate signatures or filings
  • Track and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning, wills, trusts, or corporate law
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems (Clio experience a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision

  • Type : Contract / As-Needed (≈10-15 hours per week)
  • Location : Remote (U.S.-based)
  • Compensation : Hourly, commensurate with experience
  • Start Date : Immediate
